synopsis
Once again running late for work, hapless waiter, Frank Gilroy just misses his bus. While trying to figure out what he's going to tell his boss, he is approached by a dying spy who relays an important piece of information to him. Just after the spy passes away, Frank is accosted by a group of Russian spies who kidnap him and try to extract the information. Frank is tortured, but he finally takes matters into his own hands when the spies insult the restaurant where he works - Knickerbee's.
